(To receive an RSV and/or Pneumococcal shot, you must be 50 or over). When you register, please let us know in the comments which shots you would like to receive. $10 Giant gift cards will be provided to adults 60 years and over or people with disabilities who receive Covid and/or Flu Shot and complete a brief survey.
Vaccines will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. Please bring a book or other materials to pass the time in the event of a wait.
It's not too late to get your flu shot!
Here's why the COVID shot is important:
How do I know if I am up-to-date? On October 23, 2024, then CDC Director Mandy Cohen endorsed the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices' (ACIP) recommendation for people 65 years and older and those who are moderately or severely immunocompromised to receive a second dose of 2024-2025 COVID-19 vaccine six months after their first dose.
So for those 65+, a second dose of the vaccine is recommended 6 months after the first dose. If you are 65+ and your most recent COVID shot was before Sept 3, you would meet the 6-month timeframe where the vaccine would have worn off enough to warrant a second dose.
Parking is available on-site and on the street.
Proof of medical insurance card and a photo ID are required at the appointment. Please plan to complete paperwork when you arrive.
