Giving Tuesday is Almost Here! Save the Date — December 3rd

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities. Giving Tuesday marks the beginning of NNV’s End of Year Campaign - raising critical funds that support our work combatting social isolation and providing vital services that enable neighbors to thrive as they age in our community.

The last month has been a stressful time throughout our community and the country. Many of us are feeling worried and wonder what we can do. We believe a valuable first step is to "act locally" by looking to your community and neighbors in need. Northwest Neighbors Village is a perfect example of that sort of local investment. We invite you to join us in making our visiona generous, supportive, inclusive community where all older adults are valued, age with dignity, and enjoy opportunities for growth and engagementa reality.

This year, the NNV board has made a generous pledge to match end-of-year donations up to $30,000! Your gift will go twice as far in giving your older neighbors the support, information, and confidence they need to stay in their homes, engage with their communities, and live life on their own terms.

To learn more about how you can make a difference in your community or to make an early gift, please visit our donation page.

Speaking of a supportive community, we are celebrating NNV’s 15th Anniversary on December 3rd from 1 - 3 pm at Ingleside at Rock Creek. You won’t want to miss good company, live music, a delicious meal, and the announcement of NNV’s Volunteer of the Year. Please join us as we reflect on our past and look to the future. We hope to see you there, click here to sign up.

Our sincerest thanks for all you do to make our Village special. The NNV board and staff extend our warmest greetings for the Holiday Season.
