Diversity & Inclusion Working Group

Since 2022, Northwest Neighbors Village has been committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion so that our organization better reflects and serves our community. We are working to create an inclusive, welcoming Village where programs and services are accessible to all older adults and where no one is excluded due to conscious or unconscious bias. This ongoing effort includes learning from community partners and engaging experts to guide meaningful, organization-wide change.
