Volunteering is good for you and your community
Studies show that volunteering connects you to others, combats depression, and helps you stay physically healthy. Share your time, make friends, and feel good about helping your neighbors. No contribution is too small and there are no time commitments. You can work your volunteer service around your schedule.

Have fun while making our village even stronger!
There are many tasks necessary to keep our village running. NNV’s working groups support and supplement our hard-working staff. At the moment, there are three active working groups, each with its own goals and tasks.
After our team reviews your Volunteer Inquiry Form, a member of our team will contact you. All prospective volunteers must complete a volunteer application packet, attend a training session that focuses on best practices and ways to safely assist our members, and pass a criminal background check.
Get Involved and Make a Difference
Do you have skills or interests that could help advance the work of one of our groups?
Would you like to meet others, have fun, and make our Village stronger and more effective?
Would you like to help shape the future of our Village and ensure it continues to meet your needs?
If so, please contact Stephanie Chong (schong@nnvdc.org), let us know your main areas of interest, and we’ll put you in touch with one of the working group leaders.
